Jan Patek Quilts accepts payment via American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, personal checks and money orders. If you chose to pay by check or money order, product will not be shipped until payment is received.
We accept all returns, money back (less shipping & handling) or exchange, within 30 days, from individuals only. Wholesale merchandise will be replaced if damaged in shipping.
Tax is charged to Missouri residents only.
A non-refundable handling charge of $3.00 is added to each order.
You may select shipment via UPS ground or next day air for shipments to addresses in the continental United States. Shipments outside the continental United States are via USPS International Express Service. Standard shipping charges apply to USA orders only. All out of country orders will be charged shipping according to weight and country. Please email us if you would like to know these shipping costs prior to shipment.
For shops, or resellers with valid tax ID numbers (must be supplied prior to shipment), we offer a discount of 50% on orders of 3 or more of the same titles in the new books category or on 3 or more of the same patterns; and on any combination of 3 titles in the books category.
