Sometimes the years start in March - so it is with the Featured Fabric Quilt - Stars and Pomegranates. The Featured Fabric Quilt goes out in 4 sections. If you order this quilt you will receive 1/4 of the 96" x 96" quilt every quarter, similar to a block of the month club, but you receive 1/4 of your blocks or border all at once allowing you to work at your own pace. At the end of the year you'll have completed a full sized quilt comprised of the fabric Jan is featuring this year.
You don't have to be a member of the Featured Fabric Club to order this quilt but if you are, you'll get a 15% discount. This club works somewhat differently as everyone who orders the quilt takes all 4 sections - who wants half or 3/4 of a quilt . Club members make a commitment in advance to take each year's Featured Fabric quilt so they pay 15% less for the installments. They may, of course, cancel at the beginning of the year if they really don't like the quilt - or are just way behind on their quilting. You may sign up at any time during the year for the club at 15% off or for only one year (one quilt) and pay the full price per section. Cost for each section this year is $60.00 for nonmembers.

Cabin in the Stars kit
"Cabin in the Stars" is Jan’s latest kit offering. A cozy saltbox house is surrounded by log cabin blocks in this 44" x 56" wall hanging. An occasional star twinkles from the center of some of the blocks. The Cabin in the Stars Kit will be available in the middle of February. Order yours now! Jan’s Double Wedding Ring

Jan designed this double wedding ring quilt in celebration of her 40th anniversary.  Then her daughter Kelly saw it and had to have one as well!  In a twist on the traditional double wedding ring pattern, Jan adds her signature circle/stars to turn the double wedding ring into a spectacular celebration!

For more than 20 years Jan Patek has been designing primitive folk art quilts and publishing the patterns in books. Jan also designs original fabric lines for Moda.

In response to overwhelming demand, Jan began turning her dazzling quilt and fabric designs into kits so that her fans would be able to make the quilts they so admire. Jan has a passion for creating and for sharing her creativity with others. "I don’t want to make quilts and put them in a closet,” says Jan. “I want to provide a creative outlet for others.”
